just happened upon your blog. I live in Spanish Fork UT, so the AZ stuff doesn't apply to me, HOWEVER - I have been trying to figure out how the heck to get started with a 3 month supply and your blog has helped! I'm excited to get started. thanks for the tips! I will definitely be back for more.
